Whitney Faulkner

Director of Operations

Whitney Faulkner serves as the Director of Staff Operations for The University of Texas at Austin Police Department, where she oversees the department's administrative and operational support functions, including records management, evidence and property operations, budgeting, procurement, personnel services, compliance, and strategic initiatives. She works closely with department leadership to ensure efficient operations, fiscal stewardship, and organizational effectiveness.

As a member of UTPD's leadership team, Whitney leads process improvement efforts, technology modernization projects, policy development, and operational planning that support the department's mission and service to the university community. 

With more than 15 years of professional experience in higher education, Whitney brings extensive expertise to her role and is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence across the department.
