Summary:
On Wednesday, April 19, 2023, around 7:34 p.m., UTPD officers responded to a report of an indecent assault that occurred inside the University Teaching Center (UTC), located in the 100 block of W. 21st Street. The victim (UT-affiliated) advised that a male suspect sat next to him and made unwanted contact.
Suspect Description:
The suspect told the victim that he was a UT student and self-identified as Filipino. The suspect was also seen carrying a black bag.
