Summary:

At 2 a.m. UTPD responded to a report of a sexual assault at 2619 Whitis Avenue. A non-UT affiliated person reported that while parked in a church parking lot, an unknown male pushed them into their vehicle and sexually assaulted them. 

Shortly after responding to the incident, UTPD located a possible suspect matching the description and took them into custody.

Suspect Description:

The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20s to early 30s with brown shaggy hair and facial hair. He was wearing a dark gray hoodie, and sweat pants or jeans with rough material.
