Summary:
At 9:52 p.m., UTPD and the Austin Police Department responded to a report of a robbery at 25th and San Gabriel Street.
A UT student said an unknown male, non-UT affiliate, approached them on the sidewalk and asked for their phone. The suspect displayed a knife and took the phone. The student was uninjured.
APD detained the suspect at 9:58 p.m.
