Summary:

At 3:15 a.m., UTPD responded to a report of a robbery in front of Carothers Residence Hall at 2501 Whitis Avenue.

A student reported that while walking near Carothers, a person got his attention while another ripped off his shorts. The student says a third person then hit him in the head with a gun.

UTPD is actively looking for the suspects. If you see anything suspicious, or believe you've seen the suspects immediately call 911.

Suspect Description:

The student described the three suspects as Hispanic males who left in a white truck.
