Summary:

At 3 p.m., the Austin Police Department responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 2700 Guadalupe Street. Officers located video of a subject firing two shots into the air in the alley behind a business and then getting back into his vehicle and driving away from the area. APD has a clear description of the suspect and vehicle license plate number, and is actively attempting to locate the suspect.
