Indecent Assault

Summary:

UTPD is investigating a report of indecent assault that occurred in the early morning hours of March 28, in the 2600 block of Whitis Avenue.

A UT student reported that on the above date they were waiting on a ride share and were approached by an unknown male. In thinking the male was the ride share driver, the student entered the vehicle. Once stopped on Whitis Avenue, the unknown male made unwanted contact with the student.

Suspect Description:

The male is described as having caramel-colored skin, a bald shiny head, athletic build, and was driving a dark-colored mid-size SUV or crossover vehicle with leather interior.
