The University of Texas Police Department (UTPD) believes in providing our community with the best possible training available. That's why UTPD values the importance of the CRASE (Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events) training sessions.

These training sessions are designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills that can help keep yourself safe when faced with a dangerous situation. Classes are postponed through the summer time and will be back in the Fall! Our next class is September 10, 2024.
