Townes Hall, 727 Dean Keeton

Occurred on 5-23-06, at 3:22 PM.

Suspicious Person: A UT staff member observed an unknown male subject exit the women's restroom located on the third floor. When the subject realized he was being watched by the reporting person, he pretended he was looking for the correct restroom. The subject had left the building prior to the arrival of the police. He was described as: Black male, late 20's, and clean cut. The subject had an orange color rag thrown over his left shoulder.

Crime Prevention Tip:

During the break between the spring semester and the start of the summer session, thieves are still looking for opportunities to commit a crime. Kudos to the staff member that took time to watch the subject. More importantly, she called the police to report the suspicious activity.
