Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River

Theft: A patron of the UIL Girls Basketball State Championship Tournament discovered he had lost his wallet while in section 29. The subject located his wallet in the buildings lost and found. $40.00 in cash had been stolen from the wallet.

Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street

Occurred on 03-03-06 at 3:40 AM.

Harassment: An unidentified caller placed a lewd telephone call to a 10th floor residents dormitory telephone. The resident used the *57 feature of her dormitory telephone to capture the callers telephone number.

Parking Lot 108, 1500 Red River

Occurred on 03-02-06 at 7:07 AM.

Criminal Trespass Warning: A non-UT subject was found soliciting money from pedestrians; not to mention a uniformed guard who was working in the parking lot. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

San Antonio Garage, 2420 San Antonio

Occurred on 02-24-06 between 12 noon and 4:00 PM.

Leaving the Scene Collision: An unidentified vehicle struck the right front quarter-panel of a grey Honda Accord while the Honda was parked in the parking garage. The driver of the striking vehicle left the scene without leaving driver information. Repair cost: $250.00.

2100 Speedway

Occurred on 03-03-06 at 1:53 AM.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was stopped after stumbling into the roadway and falling down. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself and others.

200 East 24th Street

Occurred on 03-02-06 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Leaving the Scene Collision: A witness to a collision left a note on the windshield of a parked Dodge pick-up truck. The note provided information of a silver Toyota 4-door which struck the rear bumper of the Dodge pick-up truck. The driver of the Toyota left the scene without leaving driver information. Repair cost: $200.00.

Non-Criminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, The University of Texas Police Department responded to 10 alarm calls, 2 unsecured door reports, 3 public assist requests, 1 light survey, 1 motor vehicle collision and 3 suspicious activity reports between 03-02-06 and 03-03-06.
