Occurred on 7-08-05 at 3:25 a.m.
Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor (2 Counts): Two UT students were seen supporting one another to keep from staggering as they walked near a roadway. When stopped, they stated that they were coming from a fraternity party. Both students were under the legal age of 21 and had a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage on their breath. Both were issued citations for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor.

Occurred on 7-07-05 between 12:01 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The driver's side window of a black 1999 Ford truck was broken out, and a Pioneer CD/AM/FM radio was removed from the console. The console had been designed so that the radio could be easily slid into and out of the carrier. Repair Value: $150.00. Loss Value: $150.00.
Crime Prevention Tip
Thieves are always looking for an opportunity to deprive you of your property. Take a few extra seconds and take that opportunity away from the thieves. Most thieves will not risk getting caught by breaking into vehicles when they cannot see what kind of property you own.
