Occurred on 3-1-05 at 11:03 a.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping in a window well located on the south side of the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Dorothy L. Gebauer Building, #4 East Mall
Occurred between 2-26-05 at 1:37 p.m. and 2-26-05 at 1:41 p.m.
Harassment: An unidentified subject has sent 39 offensive and unwanted e-mails to a 4th floor employee's e-mail account.
Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, 2504 Whitis Avenue
Occurred on 3-2-05 at 1:50 a.m.
Public Intoxication / Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping under an exterior stairwell located on the loading dock area of the building. The subject was unaware of his location or date and time of day. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself. The subject had received a written criminal trespass warning on 3-1-05 after being found asleep at the Biology Laboratories.
Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street
Occurred between 2-18-05 at 5:00 p.m. and 2-21-05 at 8:00 a.m.
Theft: A metal mail box cabinet was stolen when it was left in a basement level hallway. The cabinet was awaiting pick-up for the PRC surplus property auction. Loss value: $50.00.
Russell A. Steindam Hall, #7 East Mall
Occurred between 2-18-05 at 3:00 p.m. and 2-21-05 at 7:00 a.m.
Theft: A Navy wall plaque and a Marine wall plaque were stolen from a wall in an unsecured 1st floor hallway. Loss value: $60.00.

Occurred on 3-2-05 at 1:21 a.m.
Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was stopped for running a stop sign while driving a 1991 Mitsubishi Galant. The driver was found to have two outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for speeding and failing to appear in court.

Occurred on 3-1-05 between 1:30 p.m. and 4:35 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: The cylinder lock to a u-lock was damaged when an unidentified object was inserted into the keyhole while the lock was being used to secure a bicycle to a bicycle rack on the east side of the street. Replacement cost: $35.00.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 3-1-05 at 5:01 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping inside a 2nd floor men's restroom toilet stall. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Whitaker Fields, 51st Street and Guadalupe
Occurred on 3-1-05 between 8:20 p.m. and 10:15 p.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The right front window was broken out of a 2004 Volkswagon 4-door while it was parked on the west side of the property. A black leather tote style Preston York purse containing two credit cards was stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $150.00. Loss value: $20.00.
Occurred at various times.
Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 3 alarm calls, 1 unsecured door report, 2 suspicious activity reports, and 2 lighting surveys between 2-28-05 and 3-01-05.
