Occurred on 12-17-04 at 9:10 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sitting behind a cement retaining wall to Waller Creek while in possession of a flask containing alcohol. The subject stated he was "looking for a place to drink." The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Colorado Apartments, 2501 Lake Austin Blvd.
Occurred between 12-2-04 at 12 noon and 12-17-04 at 4:30 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: An unknown object was used to make two holes in the sidewall of the right rear tire to a green 1996 Mazda 626 while it was parked near Building D. After the owner replaced the tire and parked the vehicle near Building D, the replacement tire was punctured with an unknown sharp object. Repair cost: $150.00.
Development Office Building, 2901 North IH-35
Discovered on 12-20-04 at 5:05 a.m.
Graffiti: Purple paint was used to write a word on a temporary storage container located on the east side of the building. Removal cost: $35.00.
Engineering-Science Building, 2501 Speedway
Occurred between 12-16-04 at 10:00 a.m. and 12-17-04 at 1:45 p.m.
Theft: A Dell Dimension computer was stolen from an unsecured hallway located in an unsecured 1st floor office suite. Loss value: $1,000.00.

Occurred on 12-18-04 at 2:44 a.m.
Driving While Intoxicated: A UT student was stopped for speeding while driving a grey 2002 Ford Mustang. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated.

Occurred on 12-18-04 at 2:20 a.m.
Possession of Open Container in a Motor Vehicle: A UT student was stopped for speeding and disregarding a stop sign while driving a blue Nissan Xterra. The student was found to be in possession of an open bottle of beer.
Trinity Garage, 1815 Trinity
Occurred on 12-20-04 at 5:28 a.m.
Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject activated a Police Help callbox located on the 3rd level and attempted to engage the dispatcher in a conversation. When the officer arrived at the garage, he observed the subject staggering and having difficulty maintaining his balance. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 12-19-04 at 3:20 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found playing a guitar while soliciting tips on the east patio of the building, which is a violation of UT Regents' Rules and Regulations. The subject had previously been issued a written criminal trespass warning.
University Teaching Center, 105 East 24th Street
Occurred on 12-17-04 between 2:00 p.m. and 2:45 p.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: A green and brown tool bag containing various tools was stolen out of a white 2002 Ford F-150 pick-up truck while the truck was parked in a service drive on the south side of the building. The windows to the truck were left rolled down. Loss value: $500.00.
Occurred at various times.
Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 11 alarm calls, 22 unsecured door reports, 4 public assist calls, 1 suspicious activity report, 1 collision report, 1 found property and 1 animal call report between 12-17-04 and 12-20-04.
