Art Building and Museum, 2301 San Jacinto Blvd.
Occurred between 10-19-04 at 9:00 a.m. and 10-21-04 at 8:45 a.m.
Theft: A chrome 24-inch Schwinn BMX bicycle with red wheels was stolen while it was secured with a u-lock to a bicycle rack located on the southwest side of the building. Loss value: $90.00.
Harry Ransom Center, 300 West 21st Street
Occurred on 10-22-04 at 2:40 a.m.
Public Intoxication: A UT student was observed committing a bodily function while standing by an exterior wall of the building. Prior to the arrival of a police officer, the subject stumbled to a bench and found himself in a state of unconsciousness. When awoken, the subject believed it was Monday. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Occurred on 10-21-04 at 1:23 p.m.
Criminal Trespass / Failure to Identify: A non-UT subject was found in a 2nd floor area that is reserved for UT faculty, staff and students. The 46 year-old subject initially gave officers a fictitious name and stated he was 14 years old. In addition to other law enforcement action taken, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Parking Lot 37, 2200 Red River
Occurred on 10-21-04 between 7:00 a.m. and 12:10 p.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The left rear window was broken out of a black 2002 Dodge Ram crew-cab pick-up truck while it was parked in the northeast corner of the Parking Lot. A Kenwood satellite radio receiver, a "C" parking permit and a black and silver cloth bowling ball bag containing a Storm green and blue bowling ball, a Storm purple and blue bowling ball and a pair of blue suede Dexter Bowling shoes were stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $150.00. Loss value: $510.00.
Parking Lot 99, 2000 Red River
Occurred on 10-21-04 between 8:15 a.m. and 12 noon.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The right rear window was broken out of a black Ford F-150 crew cab pick-up truck while it was parked in the center of the Parking Lot. A white and orange bag containing miscellaneous clothing items was stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $150.00. Loss value: $200.00.

Occurred between 10-20-04 at 11:00 p.m. and 10-21-04 at 6:00 a.m.
Criminal Mischief: An unidentified subject caused dents in three different doors to a white 2001 Honda Civic while it was parked along the west curb of the street. Each dent is approximately 12" in length. Repair cost: $500.00.
Occurred at various times.
Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 8 alarm calls, 2 collisions, 1 medical emergency call, 2 key assist calls, 2 suspicious activity calls and two unsecured door reports between 10-21-04 and 10-22-04.
