Graffiti: White or yellow chalk was used to write on a north side door of the building. Removal cost $20.00.

Bureau of Economic Geology Administration Building, J.J. Pickle Research Campus, 10100 Burnet Road

Occurred between 6-14-04 at 8:00 a.m. and 8-23-04 at 11:00 a.m.

Theft: An orange and gray Stihl Portable Rock Unit was taken from a third floor hallway. Replacement cost $1493.00.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st

Reported on 9-13-04 at 3:00 p.m.

Suspicious Activity / Criminal Trespass: A UT staff member reported an unauthorized subject had been staying in an unoccupied third floor dorm room. The subject had been allowed access to the room by a UT student through his adjoining bathroom. The subject left behind empty beer cans, beer bottles, a hookah pipe and several packages of tobacco. The subject is described only as a female.

Kinsolving Dormitory, 2605 Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 9-14-04 at 1:45 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject recognized a UT student who's brother had been friends in high school with her brother. She requested to stay at the student's dorm after missing the last bus home for the night. The student told the subject to be there by 10:00 pm to stay the night. The subject did not arrive until 1:45 am and proceeded to the student's dorm room. When the subject knocked on her door the student contacted police. The student had placed the subject's belongings at the front desk with a note stating the subject was no longer a welcome guest. The subject was issued a criminal trespass warning.

Pharmacy Building, 2409 University

Occurred on 9-10-04 at 7:05 a.m.

Suspicious Activity: A UT student reported seeing a subject come out of a lab carrying large Kim-wipes, rubber bands and a black plastic bag. The subject is described as a black male 5'10", 20 yrs. old, short hair, dressed like a student with a black UT backpack and small duffel bag.

Parking Lot 110, 2200 Comal Street

Occurred on 9-13-04 between 1:03 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Burglary of Vehicle: A UT student reported his right front window was broken out and a JVC AM/FM/CD stereo was taken, with damage to the dashboard. Replacement cost $120.00. Repair cost $100.00.
