Occurred on 7-9-04 at 2:45 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject almost fell into the plaza fountain while he was relieving himself. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Discovered on 7-8-04 at 11:55 p.m.

Graffiti: Black spray paint was used to write letters on four cement handrail support beams located on the west side of the road. Removal cost: $125.00.

George I. Sánchez Building, 1912 Speedway

Occurred between 6-24-04 at 4:00 p.m. and 7-8-04 11:47 a.m.

Theft: A black Herman Miller-Aero office chair was stolen from an unsecured 3rd floor office suite. Loss value: $750.00.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Discovered on 7-8-04 at 3:45 p.m.

Graffiti: Red spray paint and a stencil were used to paint a symbol on the east exterior wall of the building. Removal cost: $45.00.

Criminal Trespass / Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was found loitering on the east side of the building. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for theft by check. In addition to other law enforcement action taken, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
