Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found loitering on the south side of San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st Street, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Parking Lot 99, 2000 Red River
Occurred on 3-09-04 at 10:00 a.m.
Criminal Trespass (2 Counts): Two non-UT subjects were found placing flyers on parked vehicles, a violation of UT Regents' Rules and Regulations concerning solicitation. Both subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.
Parking Lot 104, 1900 North IH-35
Occurred between 2-28-04 at 1:00 p.m. and 3-09-04 at 11:50 p.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The left window was broken out of a parked 1996 Honda Civic 2-door. The stereo console was damaged when a Kenwood AM / FM / CD player stereo was stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $350.00. Loss value: $175.00.
George I. Sánchez Building, 1912 Speedway
Occurred between 3-05-04 at 8:00 a.m. and 3-08-04 at 8:00 a.m.
Theft: Two boxes of Girl Scout cookies were stolen from under a desk in an unsecured 4th floor office. Loss value: $6.00.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 3-09-04 at 6:30 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 3rd floor area that is reserved for faculty, staff and student members. The subject had previously been issued a written criminal trespass warning.
