Criminal Mischief: An exterior door located in the outfield wall was partially bent from the door frame. Repair cost: $300.00.
Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River
Discovered on 3-07-04 at 11:50 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: An unknown device was used to break a plexi-glass window to an exterior ticket office located on the east side of the building. Repair cost: $170.00.
Parking Lot 103, 2100 Comal Street
Occurred between 3-05-04 at 12:50 p.m. and 3-06-04 at 3:30 a.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The right window was broken out of a parked 1998 Ford F-150 pick-up truck. A Sony AM / FM / CD player, a Rockford Phosgate "HE Series 12" subwoofer, a dark gray custom truck subwoofer box, a Rockford Phosgate 500 watt 2-channel amplifier and a black leather compact disc case containing 80 compact discs were stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $150.00. Loss value: $990.00.

Consumption of Alcohol by A Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was a passenger inside a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation. The student was found to have consumed an alcoholic beverage.

Consumption of Alcohol by A Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found on the north side of Perry-Castañeda Library, 101 East 21st Street, while attempting to perform a bodily function on the side of the building. The subject was found to have consumed an alcoholic beverage.

Occurred on 3-07-04 between 6:18 p.m. and 6:29 p.m.
Burglary: A Dell computer, a Macintosh G4 computer and a Dell flat screen computer monitor were stolen from a secured cabinet inside of a 2nd floor classroom. Loss value: $1,500.00.
University of Texas Elementary School, 2200 East 6th Street
Occurred on 3-05-04 at 3:35 p.m.
Possession of a Controlled Substance within a Drug-free Zone: A non-UT subject was found in a vacant lot on the north side of the school grounds while in possession of three small rubber balloons containing heroin. The subject was also in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Public Intoxication / Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found staggering by a roadway. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Assist Outside Agency: Several UTPD police officers assisted in the "Austin Warrant Round-up." Nine subjects were taken into custody for a variety of offenses.
