Etter-Harbin Alumni Center, 2110 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred between 12-7-03 at 7:00 p.m. and 12-8-03 at 8:00 a.m.

Theft: An orange, green and ivory colored area rug was stolen from an unsecured 1st floor dining room. Loss value: $200.00.

Geology Building, #10 East Mall

Occurred on 12-9-03 at 4:30 p.m.

Assault: While on the south side of the building, an unidentified subject "grabbed" a female student in an inappropriate manner then turned and ran westbound. A witness followed the subject to the Experimental Science Building, 100 East 24th Street, before losing sight of the subject. The subject was described as a white male, approximately 20 years old, 5'8" tall, 165 pounds, dark brown hair, and was wearing a dark colored baseball cap, a white long sleeve t-shirt, and blue jeans.

Geology Building, #10 East Mall

Occurred on 12-9-03 between 3:17 p.m. and 4:17 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: An unidentified subject placed glue on the seat of a 1st floor restroom toilet bowl. Removal cost: $50.00.

Robert A. Welch Hall, 105 East 24th Street

Discovered on 12-9-03 at 11:07 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: White chalk was used to write words on an exterior door located on the east side of the building. Removal cost: $30.00.

Simkins Hall Dormitory, 2501 San Jacinto Blvd.

Reported on 12-9-03 at 9:30 p.m.

Harassment: Over the course of the past three weeks, an unidentified female subject has placed several lewd telephone calls to a 2nd floor resident's cellular telephone.

Discovered on 12-8-03 at 4:00 p.m.

Theft: The locking mechanism was stolen from an exterior mailbox located on the northwest side of the dormitory. Loss cost: $30.00.

West Mall Office Building, #3 West Mall

Occurred between 12-9-03 at 10:00 p.m. and 12-10-03 at 5:15 a.m.

Theft: A red and white Kona bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack located by the northwest corner of the building. Loss value: $125.00.

2400 Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 12-9-03 at 4:40 p.m.

Suspicious Activity: A teal colored 4-door vehicle occupied by three unidentified male subjects pulled up to a female UT student and asked her if "she wanted to party." One of the three subjects had a video camera and was video taping the student. The student walked away from the vehicle. One of the vehicle's occupants was described as a white male with goatee, a tattoo of a spider on his neck and gray pants.
