Claudia Taylor Johnson Hall, 210 West 6th Street

Occurred on 10-22-03 at 5:15 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was seen panhandling on the Plaza, a violation of the Regents' Rules and Regulations. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, Building A, 2504-A Whitis Avenue

Reported on 10-22-03 at 1:35 p.m.

Harassing Communications: A non-UT subject has been placing annoying phone calls and emails to a UT- subject for the past "five years or so". The UT subject has not told the non-UT subject the calls were unwanted and to stop.

Parking Lot 37, 2200 Red River

Occurred on 10-22-03 at 12:05 p.m.

Disorderly Conduct: A UT subject driving a green Ford pickup twice backed into a tan Geo driven by another UT subject, got out of the pickup to bang on the drivers window of the Geo, and gestured with the middle finger while trying to get into a parking space that the Geo driver was waiting for. There was no damage reported to the Geo.

Parking Lot 70, 2000 Robert Deadman

Occurred on 10-22-03 between 11:00 a.m. and 3:20 p.m.

Leaving the Scene Collision: A legally parked red 1999 Nissan was struck in the rear bumper by another vehicle which left the scene without leaving notice. Repair cost $2500.00.

San Antonio Garage, 2420 San Antonio Street

Occurred on 10-22-03 at 12:40 p.m.

Suspicious Activity: Two male subjects were reported on the upper levels of the parking garage, looking into parked cars. The information given was second hand, with no description of the two subjects.

Joe C. Thompson Conference Center, 2405 Robert Deadman Drive

Occurred on 10-23-03 at approximately 4:00 a.m.

Theft: A non-UT delivery driver reported seeing a non-UT subject eating pastries from a delivery sitting on the loading dock. The non-UT subject did not have permission to take the pastries. Loss value: less than $10.00.

Robert A. Welch Hall, 105 East 24th Street

Occurred on 10-22-03 between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Theft: A UT subject left his motorcycle helmet on top of a vending machine. When he returned 1 hour later, the helmet was gone. Loss value: $80.00.
