Blanton Dormitory, 2500 University Avenue

Occurred on 3-24-03 at 10:45 p.m.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: Three UT students were found in a 2nd floor dormitory room. A "soda can" containing marijuana seeds and stems was found in the room.

Brazos Garage, 210 East Martin Luther King Blvd.

Occurred on 3-24-03 between 9:45 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.

Theft: A pair of black GTO taillight covers was stolen from a maroon 1995 Chevrolet Camero that was parked on the east side of the 3rd level. The taillight covers were attached to the taillights with Velcro straps. Loss value: $180.00.

Calhoun Hall, #4 South Mall

Occurred on 3-24-03 at 8:55 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a first floor classroom that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject had previously received a written criminal trespass warning.

Manor Garage, 2017 Robert Dedman Drive

Discovered on 3-25-03 at 1:14 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: The north exit gate to the garage was removed from the mechanical track causing the gate to rest on the ground. A UT student was seen holding the gate up allowing several vehicles to exit the garage. Repair cost: $75.00.

Physical Plant Building B Construction, 1720 Manor Rd.

Occurred between 3-21-03 at 4:00 p.m. and 3-24-03 at 9:50 a.m.

Theft: A black steel wheel with a Michelin LTX A15 tire (spare) was stolen from an unsecured storage rack located under the "bed" of a white 2001 Ram 1500 pickup truck. Loss value: $200.00.

San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st

Occurred between 3-21-03 at 2:45 p.m. and 3-22-03 at 9:30 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: Two incandescent light bulbs were broken out of ceiling mounted light fixtures in a ground floor south tower television lounge. Replacement value: $8.00.

Student Services Building, 100 West Dean Keeton Street

Occurred on 3-21-03 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m.

Theft: A 2 foot by 2 foot by 6 inch shipping box containing a new Dell laptop computer was stolen from an unsecured 3rd floor office. The computer was mistakenly delivered to the wrong office and was being held for the authorized owner when it was stolen. Loss value: $3,000.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Discovered on 3-24-03 at 11:25 p.m.

Graffiti: A gold paint pen was used to write illegible letters on a second floor men's restroom interior door. Removal cost: $20.00.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Discovered on 3-24-03 at 4:05 p.m.

Graffiti: Red paint was used to write gang-style words and symbols on the north exterior wall. Removal cost: $75.00.
