Theft: A silver cellular telephone, model number LGVX1, was stolen from an unsecured second floor classroom. Loss value: $50.00.
Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River
Occurred on 3-2-03 at 7:45 p.m.
Possession of Controlled Substance: A non-UT subject was found to be in possession of three marijuana cigarettes while on the on the floor during the Bruce Springsteen concert. The subject was "causing problems" and was "cursing" at the ushers.
Graduate School of Business, 100 West 21st Street
Occurred on 3-2-03 at 8:40 a.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a second floor restroom that is reserved for UT faculty, staff and students. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Gregory Gymnasium, 2101 Speedway
Occurred on 3-1-03 between 2:00 p.m. and 2:45 p.m.
Theft: A black and white Coach wallet with a zipper pouch containing $20.00 cash and a BMW car key on a BMW alarm key ring were stolen from a first floor room when the property was left unsecured on an exercise bicycle. Loss value: $135.00.
300 Jester Circle
Occurred between 2-28-03 at 9:55 p.m. and 3-2-03 9:50 a.m.
Theft: A UT Parking and Transportation vehicle immobilizer (tire boot) was stolen from a blue 2000 Mitsubishi sport utility vehicle. The vehicle was later located in a "No Parking" zone in the 2000 block of Speedway. The vehicle was "re-booted." Loss value: $275.00.
Littlefield Dormitory, 201 West Dean Keeton
Occurred on 3-2-03 at 2:15 a.m.
Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student under the age of twenty-one was found in a 1st floor restroom. The student was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she had to be transported to the hospital by EMS for alcohol poisoning.
Nursing School, 1710 Red River
Occurred between 2-27-03 at 4:00 p.m. and 2-28-03 at 7:45 a.m.
Theft: A green Proxima Ultra Light LX projector was stolen from a 5th floor classroom when it was left unsecured on a display cart. The projector measures 13" x 13" x 2". Loss value: $2,000.00.
Parking Lot 104, 1900 North IH-35
Occurred between 3-2-03 at 9:00 p.m. and 3-3-03 at 1:00 a.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The front passenger window was broken out of a 1995 Ford pick-up truck. An Aiwa CD/AM/FM radio was stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $150.00. Loss value: $200.00.
Parking Lot 113, 2200 Comal Street
Occurred on 3-2-03 between 8:30 p.m. and 11:10 p.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The passenger side rear window on a blue 1993 Pontiac Grande Prix was broken out. A black Case Logic CD case with a gray stripe containing 48 compact discs was stolen. Repair cost: $100.00. Loss value: $50.00.
Performing Arts Center, 510 East 23rd Street
Occurred on 3-1-03 at 1:50 p.m.
Forgery: A non-UT subject attempted to park in a parking space designated for vehicles displaying a disabled placard. The driver was found in possession of a handicap placard with an altered expiration date.
San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st Street
Occurred on 3-1-03 between 4:20 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Theft: A gray canvas camera bag containing a Canon G-2 digital camera and four digital memory sticks was stolen when it was left unsecured in a 1st floor men's restroom. Loss value: $720.00.
Occurred between 2-24-03 at 4:00 p.m. and 2-26-03 at 1:00 p.m.
Theft: A blue wooden A-frame sign with "ASDA" and "Pre-Dental Society" written in white was stolen when it was left unsecured on the sidewalk. Loss value: $20.00.
Student Health Center, 107 West Dean Keeton
Occurred between 2-17-03 at 9:00 p.m. and 2-18-03 at 1:00 a.m.
Theft: A blue and black mountain bicycle, brand unknown, was stolen from the west side of the building while it was secured to a street sign pole with a U-lock. Loss value: $50.00.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 2-28-03 between 2:24 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Forgery: A counterfeit $10.00 bill was passed at the Wendy's restaurant on the second floor.
Whitaker Fields, 51st Street and Guadalupe
Occurred between 3-1-03 at 6:00 p.m. and 3-2-03 at 10:00 a.m.
Criminal Mischief: A soccer goal net was torn. A metal sign was found in the net. Replacement cost: $100.00.

Occurred on 3-1-03.
Driving Under the Influence by a Minor: A UT student under the age of twenty-one was stopped for several moving violations, including driving on the wrong side of the road. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.
