Biology Laboratories, 205 West 24th Street
Occurred on 12-10-02 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Theft: A brown leather clutch billfold was stolen from a purse that had been left under a desk in a third floor office. The billfold only contained a social security card and a birth certificate. The theft occurred on 12-10-02 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. On 12-10-02 at approximately 7:00 pm a non-UT female subject, while driving a motor vehicle, was stopped by the Austin Police in the 1700 block of Bryer. Subject was found in possession of the billfold stolen in this case as well as another wallet that had been stolen on campus and four other purses and wallets that had been stolen from at least two elementary school classrooms in South Austin. Subject was also found in possession of crack paraphernalia.

Occurred on 12-10-02 at 11:53 a.m.
Stalking: A non-UT subject made a harassing telephone call to an office on the second floor to a UT employee whom he has been stalking for ten years. Offender is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 30 years of age, 6', 190 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
300 East Jester Circle
Discovered on 12-12-02 at 12:45 a.m.
Theft: A vehicular immobilization device (tire boot) was placed on a white 2001 Chevrolet due to unpaid service charges levied against the vehicle. Vehicle was last seen parked in the area on 12-11-02 at 11:45 pm. On 12-12-02 at 12:45 am the vehicle was no longer in the area. On 12-12-02 at 2:15 am a UT student was found driving the car in question in the 300 block of East Jester Circle. The stolen immobilization device was found in the vehicle. Recovery value: $350.00.
Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st Street
Occurred on 12-11-02 between 5:20 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Theft: A twenty-dollar bill along with a cashier's balance sheet was stolen from a cashier's moneybag. The moneybag was left under the counter of the cashier's stand that was located on the south side of the Athletic Dining Hall. There was an additional fifty dollars cash in the moneybag that was not stolen. It is unknown at this time if the moneybag was left unattended by any of the cashiers assigned to that stand.
Townes Hall, 727 East Dean Keeton
Occurred on 12-4-02 between 1:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Theft: A black V120C Motorola cellular telephone was stolen from the north side breezeway between the east and west classroom. The cellular telephone had a broken antenna and was in a black zip-up case. Loss value: $50.00.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 12-11-02 between 9:00 and 1:00 p.m.
Theft: A green Jansport backpack was stolen from a fourth floor study area. The owner had been sleeping with the backpack next to him. The backpack contained a Leatherman knife in a nylon case, glasses, keys and an address book. Loss value: $100.00.

Occurred on 12-11-02 at 3:36 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found on the third floor in an area that was reserved for faculty staff and students. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
500 East 23rd Street
Occurred on 12-5-02 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
Leaving the Scene Collision: A tan 1997 Honda Accord, while parked along the south curbline, was struck on the right front bumper by an unknown vehicle that left the scene without giving notice. Repair cost: $300.00.
