Occurred on 10-9-02 at 9:35 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A UT student and a non-UT subject were found on the westside of the building consuming an alcoholic beverage in Waller Creek. Subjects were given a written criminal trespass warning about not consuming alcohol in a public place on campus unless it is sanctioned by the University of Texas administration.

Garrison Hall, #3 East Mall

Occurred on 10-9-02 at 5:30 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: Two non-UT subjects were found on the first floor in an area that was restricted to students, faculty and staff. One subject was arrested when it was determined he had received a previous criminal trespass for this same area. The second subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Graduate School of Business, 100 West 21st Street

Occurred on 10-8-02 between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

Theft: Six textbooks were stolen from a possibly unsecured locker on the second floor. The textbooks were titled Information Rules, Data Analysis and Decision Making, Financial Accounting, Macro-economics, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Front Page. Loss value: $250.00.

Harry Ransom Center, 300 West 21st Street

Occurred on 10-9-02 between 11:55 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Theft: A credit card was stolen from an unsecured desk drawer that was located in a third floor office.

Hill Hall Dormitory, 216 East 21st Street

Occurred between 10-5-02 at 2:00 p.m. and 10-9-02 at 4:00 p.m.

Theft: A 10-speed Roadmaster Sport SZ bicycle was stolen from a bicycle rack on the north side of the building while it was secured with a cable lock. Loss value: $100.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 10-9-02 at 3:20 p.m.

Criminal Trespass Warning / Assist an Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was found in an area on the third floor that is restricted to students, faculty and staff. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning. Subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for a drug violation.
