McCombs School of Business, 2110 Speedway

Occurred on 9-9-02 between 3:30 p.m. and 8:55 p.m.

Theft: A green backpack, several textbooks and various personal items were stolen from a secured second floor locker. Loss value: $120.00.

John B. Connally Center for Justice, 726 East 25th Street

Occurred on 9-10-02 at 1:33 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was located inside a restricted second floor area after hours. Subject matched the description of a suspicious person found sleeping inside the Music Recital Hall earlier that night by custodial staff. Subject was found to have had two prior written criminal trespass warnings for areas on campus.

Graduate School of Business, 100 West 21st Street

Occurred between 9-5-02 at 9:30 a.m. and 9-9-02 at 2:20 p.m.

Theft: A Proxima LCD projector, model 92504, was stolen from an unsecured 4th floor classroom. Loss value: $5,175.00.

Lavaca Building, 220 West 7th Street

Occurred on 9-10-02 at 4:35 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: Two non-UT subjects were found sleeping on the westside of the building. Both were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st Street

Occurred on 9-9-02 at 7:34 p.m.

Possession of a Controlled Substance / Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia: Two UT students along with 1.8 ounces of marijuana and several pieces of narcotic paraphernalia were found inside a second floor dormitory room after a strong odor of burnt marijuana was detected in the hallway coming from the room.

WOMEN'S CO-OP, THEADORNE, 2610 Whitis Ave.

Occurred on 9-9-02 at 10:05 p.m.

Suspicious Person: UT Police observed a non-UT subject attempting to enter the Theadorne House by scaling the balcony to the second floor where an unsecured door was located. It was later determined the subject's girlfriend is a resident.

2300 block San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 9-10-02 at 12:20 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was discovered passed out on a bus stop bench due to possible alcohol poisoning. Subject did not respond to either verbal or physical commands.
