Occurred on 8-14-02 at 7:40 p.m.
Criminal Trespass Warning: A UT Police Officer observed a non-UT subject urinating on the northwest exterior wall. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Parking Garage #5, 2017 Robert Dedman Drive
Occurred on 8-14-02 at 9:42 p.m.
Theft of Services: A pickup truck (no other description at this time) was observed, "tailgating" another vehicle out the west exit of level one without paying. Videotape of incident was turned over to UT Police for follow-up investigation. Loss value: $32.00.
J. T. Patterson Laboratories Building, 2415 Speedway
Occurred on 8-14-02 at 2:00 p.m.
Theft: On 8-14-02 at about 2:00 pm a UT student left an Old Navy backpack that was dark blue with orange straps, in a third floor laboratory. At approximately 3:30 pm she received a call from a credit card security agency, asking if she had authorized a $400.00 purchase at a local area merchant, which she had not. She returned to the third floor laboratory and discovered her backpack had been stolen. Backpack contained house keys, UT keys, computer discs, miscellaneous papers and a black Zevid wallet. Wallet contained assorted ID, several credit cards and a bank card. The subject that attempted to use the credit card was described as a black male, 5'5", 165 lbs, and approximately 35 years of age.

Occurred between 8-13-02 at 1:00 p.m. and 8-14-02 at 1:05 p.m.
Graffiti: A two and one half foot swastika was carved into the surface of a third floor wooden door. Repair cost: $200.00.
Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe
Occurred on 8-14-02 at 3:46 p.m.
Criminal Trespass / Assist an Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was found sleeping in the enclosed trash collection area next to the dumpsters. Subject had received a prior written criminal trespass warning. Subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for public intoxication.
200 Block West 25th Street
Occurred on 8-13-02 at 2:00 p.m.
Forgery: A UT student was found in possession of a forged F parking permit. A witness had previously observed subject handing out several F parking permits to other UT students. These parking permits were also possibly forged.
