Occurred on 5-4-02 at 9:30 p.m.
Assault / Evading: A UT student and a second subject assaulted two UT students outside a dormitory room on the 1st floor. The UT student offender ran from UT Police officers when he exited the south side of Jester East. The second offender, who's first name is possibly Ian, was described as a white male, early twenties, 5'11", 170 pounds with brown hair. Subject was last seen wearing a green shirt and light colored shorts.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the north side of the fountain. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Parking Garage #4, 109 West 27th Street

Theft of Services / Criminal Mischief: Witnesses observed a pick-up truck drive up to the southwest exit, observed a passenger get out and damage the exit control arm by forcibly lifting it up. Vehicle then exited the garage. Garage videotape of incident was turned over to UT Police for follow-up investigation. Damage value: $150.00. Loss value: $32.00.
Parking Lot 80, 1900 Red River
Occurred on 5-4-02 between 2:00 p.m. and 3:40 p.m.
Leaving the Scene Collision: A 1996 gray Ford Mustang was struck on the right rear panel, wheel well and bumper by an unknown vehicle that left the scene and failed to give notice. Black or dark blue paint was transferred onto the Mustang from striking vehicle. Damage cost: $400.00.
Pharmacy Building (Old), 2409 University
Occurred on 5-4-02 at 11:31 p.m.
Harassing Communication: An unknown male subject telephoned an office on the second floor and made a vulgar and harassing statements.
Robert Lee Moore Hall, 2515 Speedway
Occurred between 4-24-02 at 8:00 p.m. and 4-29-02 at 2:00 p.m.
Theft: A red Mongoose bicycle was stolen from a bicycle rack on the north side of the building. Loss value: $75.00.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 5-3-02 at 12:38 p.m.
Disorderly Conduct / Criminal Mischief: An unknown subject created a disturbance at the 2nd floor Chick Fil-A concession. Subject threw money at the cashier while using abusive and profane language toward her. As the subject exited the east doors, he kicked out one of the glass panels in the door. Subject was described as a white male, twenty years of age, 6'3", medium build, red curly hair with sides shaved or close cut, and blue eyes. Subject was last seen wearing an orange / brown / white plaid shirt and khaki shorts. Repair cost: $100.00.

Occurred on 5-3-02 at 10:00 a.m.
Disorderly Conduct: An unknown subject while sitting in a third floor lounge made lewd and obscene motions while his hand was inside his pants. Subject was recognized as the same subject who has been involved in several indecent exposure incidents in the building over the last four weeks. Subject was described as a black male, 30 years of age, 5'10' to 6', bald, mustache, with a muscular build.

Assist an Outside Agency: A UT staff member was stopped for a moving traffic violation while operating a motor vehicle. Subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency traffic warrant.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was observed by UT Police walking down the middle of the street, in vehicular traffic, under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was an endangerment to himself.
