Occurred on 4-4-02 at 8:50 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: Several Capital Metro bus drivers observed a non-UT subject hanging around the bus stop harassing females. Subject denied harassing any women but stated he had asked several for money to make a telephone call. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Parking Garage #2, 2420 San Antonio
Occurred on 4-5-02 between 1:15 a.m. and 4:55 a.m.
Graffiti: Graffiti written in green spray was located on all four of the exterior walls and on five levels by the elevators. Loss value $1,000.00.
San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st Street
Occurred between 4-2-02 at 12:01 a.m. and 4-3-02 at 7:00 a.m.
Criminal Mischief: The wall of a 4th floor study lounge was damaged when a chair located inside the room was thrown up against it. Loss value $100.00.
Student Services Building, 100 West Dean Keeton
Occurred between 8-1-02 and 1-28-02.
Theft: A Macintosh port-card was stolen from a 3rd floor office. Loss value $200.00.
Townes Hall, 727 East Dean Keeton
Occurred on 4-4-02 between 8:55 a.m. and 9:35 a.m.
Indecent Exposure: An unknown subject was observed on the second floor of the library masturbating. Subject is described as a black male 35 to 40 years of age with a shaved head. Subject was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants and hi-top tennis shoes.

Occurred on 4-4-02 at 10:30 p.m.
Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was stopped on traffic after traveling the wrong way on a one-way street. Subject had several outstanding outside agency warrants.
